Qingzhou Shuangbao Institute of Vacuum Filming Technology
We have a
professional research institute in the name of Qingzhou Shuangbao
Institute of Vacuum Filming Technology which is located in the Yunmen
Hill Street Qilihe community. The institute has been developed with
Vacuum Fluid Engineering Academy of Northeastern University as a strong
basis. It is headed by many highly qualified professionals who are
doing research to make effective plans & experimental methods in
order to improve and transform the vacuum filming machine. We have
carried out research on the problems of various filming machines
installed by companies based in China. Various issues covered in the
research include energy consumption, the way of winding, device
structure, automation and automation remote control.
In addition, a
special research has been undertaken to solve the problem of dark
lines, white bars, folding and other technical problems appearing in
the filming process. Furthermore, to make our filming equipment widely
popular in the market, we are in the process of designing a new
generation of filming machine having unique design and special
features. The institute also specializes in research & production
of low-pressure swirl nozzle combustion which integrates fluid
dynamics, air dynamics, and thermal dynamics to the whole development
process.
