High Vacuum Rolling Filming Machine
SBDF2400 Model floated high vacuum rolling filming machine is designed for filming the Aluminum on the surface of the rolled plastic materials. This machine could metalize the medium on single side, used for the high-level package materials, decoration films and other application. SBDF2400G Model could choose the high frequency induction evaporation mode, the metalized materials like: Al, Ag, Cu, Silica (SiO2), and zinc sulfide.
The features of this model: good quality, no sputtering point, the film is uniformity, high production, and the speed will be twice than the thermal evaporation. This machine is mainly used in the metallic yarn , high level packaging film, Laser anti-counterfeiting, Bronzing transfer and other specific metalized film, which could satisfy the requirement of the metalizing industry films.
This equipment adopts the Siemens four DC motors constant tension control and automatic winding and rewinding system.
This model with high speed and stable tension is one of the largest filming width models in China.
